Use the Dark Roast Profile in for dark roasted coffees in any manual brew method (AeroPress, Chemex, V60, etc.) or automatic dripper (Keurig, Mr. Coffee, etc.). This water profile helps to reduce bitterness provide while preserving chocolate and nutty characteristics in your dark roasted coffees.

- Sodium Bicarbonate
- Calcium Citrate
Just add one Third Wave Water Dark Roast Profile stick to to ZeroWater, distilled or RO (Reverse Osmosis) water (in the proper size: 1-gallon, 5-gallon, 2-litres), shake, and use to brew your favorite coffee. Your coffee has never tasted so good!
- 1 Gallon (3,8 litres)- makes 12 gallons (45,4 litres) total
- 5 Gallon (18,9 litres) - makes 60 gallons (227,2 litres) total
- 2 Litres - makes 40 litres total - some people prefer half the minerals so this is a good choice for 'softer' water to add to 4 litres of water. Experiment to discover your preferences today.
