Lemon, cucumber, and mint

Lemons not only have a refreshing taste, but are also naturally high in vitamin C and antioxidants. Cucumbers are also antioxidants and can help lower blood pressure. Other nutrients such as calcium and iron are good for digestion and are added to this recipe by mint.

Recipe

  • Preparation time: 3 minutes
  • Ingredients: 1 lemon, cucumber, mint, 1 glass of water

Wash the lemon, cucumber, and mint. Cut the lemon in half and slice one half. Next, cut four thin slices from the cucumber. Separate the mint leaves from the stems. Squeeze the remaining half of the lemon into the glass of water, add the cucumber and lemon slices and mint leaves, and stir.

Place the mixture in the refrigerator for one hour and enjoy.

Orange & Ginger

It's no coincidence that orange juice is a popular breakfast drink – oranges are packed with vitamin C and therefore help the immune system. Ginger, on the other hand, aids digestion and can lower blood pressure. Together, ginger and orange are an excellent team for both health and taste!

Recipe

  • Preparation time: 3 minutes
  • Ingredients: 4 slices of orange, 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, 1 glass of water

Wash the orange and cut off 4 slices. Peel the ginger and cut it into thin slices. Add the orange and ginger to the glass of water and leave to infuse in the refrigerator for an hour. Enjoy cold.

Basil & Grapefruit

Basil is popular in cooking for pizza and sauces, but it also makes an excellent drink. The herb is rich in vitamin K, which helps blood circulation and the formation of white blood cells. Grapefruit is low in calories and therefore very popular in keto or low-carb diets. It gives the drink a refreshing acidity and also helps build muscle.

Recipe

  • Preparation time: 3 minutes
  • Ingredients: 1 sprig of basil, 2 slices of grapefruit, 1 glass of water

Wash the basil and grapefruit. Remove three basil leaves from the sprig and cut two slices from the grapefruit. Add everything to the glass of water and stir. Enjoy after an hour in the refrigerator!

Kiwi & raspberry

Kiwis have a natural sweetness and are often recommended for weight loss. Raspberries can also help with this, as they are low in calories but high in fiber. Your stomach will thank you!

Recipe

  • Preparation time: 3 minutes
  • Ingredients: 1 kiwi, 5 raspberries, 1 glass of water

Peel and slice the kiwi. Wash the raspberries. Add both ingredients to the water, stir and leave to infuse in the refrigerator for an hour. Enjoy cold.

Strawberry & mango

Mangoes contain many minerals and are naturally very sweet. Strawberries can help lower cholesterol and blood pressure. Served ice-cold, this combination is perfect for summer.

Recipe

  • Preparation time: 3 minutes
  • Ingredients: 1 mango, 4 strawberries, 1 glass of water

Wash the strawberries and remove the green tops. Cut 4 slices from the mango. Add both fruits to the glass of water and stir. Place in the refrigerator for an hour and then enjoy.
