The Medium Roast Profile is optimal for medium roast coffees. It is recommended for traditional drip coffee brewers (Keurig, Mr. Coffee, etc.) or any manual brewing method (AeroPress, chemex, V60, etc.) providing reduced bitterness and enhanced flavors in your favorite medium roast coffees.
The Medium Roast Profile, along with the Espresso Machine Profile and Classic Light Roast Profile, fits within the Specialty Coffee Association's (SCA) guidelines for improved flavor for coffee.
Ingredients:
- Magnesium Sulfate
- Calcium Citrate
- Potassium Bicarbonate
Just add one stick to ZeroWater, distilled or RO (Reverse Osmosis) water (in the proper size: 1-gallon, 5-gallon, 2-litres), shake, and use to brew your favorite coffee. Your coffee has never tasted so good!
Choose from three sizes:
- 2 Litres - makes 40 litres total
- 1 Gallon (3,8 litre)- makes 12 gallons (45,4 litre) total
- 5 Gallon (18,9 litre) - makes 60 gallons (227,2 litre) total
Some people prefer half the minerals so this is a good choice for 'softer' water to add to 4 litres of water to a 2 litre stick. Experiment to discover your preferences today.
