The Cold Brew Profile makes it easier to acquire the tasting notes commonly sought after in cold brew coffees like chocolate and molasses as well as creamier body and reduced bitterness. Reduces acidity up to 3x (300% reduction).
Ingredients:
- Magnesium Sulfate
- Sodium Bicarbonate
- Potassium Bicarbonate
Just add one Third Wave Water Cold Brew Profile stick to distilled or RO (Reverse Osmosis) water, shake, and use to brew your favorite coffee.
- Brew great cold brew consistently
- Dilute any cold brew concentrate
Currently choose from three sizes:
- 2 Litres - makes 40 litres total
- 1 Gallon (3,8 litres)- makes 12 gallons (45,4 litres) total
- 5 Gallon (18,9 litres) - makes 60 gallons (227,2 litres) total
Some people prefer half the minerals so this is a good choice for 'softer' water to add to 4 litres of water to a 2 litres stick. Experiment to discover your preferences today.
