Is ZeroWater still available in the UK?

Yes. ZeroWater products are available directly through the official European distributor at zerowaterfilter.com. Filters, jugs, and starter kits are in stock and shipping from our UK warehouse.

We are currently only supplying ZeroWater legacy filters but are working hard to also be able to supply you and your family with the new Culligan ZeroWater filters as well.

Where do ZeroWater UK orders ship from?

All UK orders are fulfilled from our UK warehouse based out of London. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

At the moment we only ship to home addresses through Royal Mail. We will keep our UK mailinglist updated when we are able to ship through other providers or to pickup-points.

Is my warranty still valid?

Yes. All products purchased through zerowaterfilter.com are covered by a full product warranty. If you have any issues, our support team is here.

Are all ZeroWater filter types available?

Unfortunately no. We are currently only able to supply the ZeroWater legacy filters. However we are working round the clock to also be able to supply you with the Culligan ZeroWater technology filters.

We do have all sizes of filter packs for the legacy ZeroWater filters available.

How is the pricing?

Our pricing is competitive with, and in most cases below, current UK market pricing.

How long does delivery to UK addresses take?

UK orders typically arrive within 1-2 working days from our UK warehouse.

However keep in mind that we are currently moving our stock from our NL warehouse to the UK. Therefore we expect to be able to ship out the first UK orders from the first of March onward.

How do ZeroWater filters work?

ZeroWater’s filtration system uses five unique layers to deliver exceptionally pure water. It starts with a coarse filter screen that captures dust, rust, and visible particles, followed by a foam distributor that ensures even flow and removes finer sediment. These first two layers lay the foundation for cleaner, fresher-tasting water.

In the third stage, a combination of activated carbon and oxidation reduction alloy removes chlorine, organic compounds, and improves taste and smell, while also reducing metals like lead. This is followed by the fourth stage: a powerful ion exchange resin which targets dissolved solids such as nitrates, fluoride, and heavy metals. This is what brings the TDS reading close to zero.

The final stage uses a fine screen and non-woven membrane to remove any lingering ultra-fine particles. Together, these five stages create crisp, clear water with a noticeably pure taste ideal for daily hydration, hot drinks, or cooking.
